Working for Paynter’s, Snowdonia delivered the Mechanical installation at the Sunshine Coasts new vibrant social destination, The Bower Tree in Sippy Downs.
The new community destination features four unique dining experiences including Vine Wine Bar, Arrows Bistro, Café Rubia and a Pizzeria along with four bars as well as function rooms, a Kids room, gaming lounge and back of house facilities. The venue also boasts undercover parking for Patrons.

Berlasco Court Caring Centre
This newly constructed and award-winning multi-level aged care facility is the residential aged care arm of the Ethnic Communities Council of Queensland catering from culturally and linguistic diverse backgrounds.
This facility homes 115 residents in 107 ensuited rooms with 8 suites including kitchenettes.
Also included are shared living spaces and common areas as well as a fully serviced café, hair salon, commercial kitchen and laundry and various multipurpose function spaces.
Parking is also taken care of with a fully ventilated underground carpark.

Herston Private Hospital
Heston Private Hospital is a new medical tower located within 200 metres of the busy transportation hub adjacent to the RBWH.
Snowdonia HVAC was appointed to carry out the fit out of this new facility, which has achieved NABER’s 5-star certification, with valued clients Buildcorp.
Works included 3 x Operating Theatres, Patient Care areas and Administration facilities.

Gladstone Hospital Block 2 CSD & BLOCK 7 THEATRE UPGRADES
Works involved the refurbishment and mechanical upgrade of the West Wing Block 7 Operating Theatres and associated areas, New Mechanical installation to East Wing Block 2 Sterilising department and linkways. New MSSB and additional upgrade of all operating theatre Hepa modules.

National Rugby Training Centre, Ballymore
New build high performance center with integrated 3000 seat grandstand, 700sq m gymnasium, rehabilitation rooms, 75 seat auditorium, changing rooms, offices, media and hospitality facilities at the world-famous Ballymore.
This outstanding project, delivered by Buildcorp, delivering an ultra-modern facility at a future Brisbane 2032 Olympic venue. The National Rugby Training Centre will be the headquarters for the Australian Women’s rugby team – the Wallaroos, and an elite training centre for the Reds men’s and women’s teams and the Reds Academy.

Mechanical design and construct contract for new two-story shopping centre on greenfield site for Hutchnson Builders.
Development included three precincts including Retail, Health & Wellness & Restaurants & Cafes with amenities. A total of 21 tenancies populate this environmentally friendly development which services the ever growing Mango Hill & Capestone area of North Brisbane.

Wynnum Manly Leagues Club
Setting the benchmark is an understatement, as South-East Queensland’s newest club renovation pulls out all the stops to deliver that WOW factor.
The project consisted of a major extension and renovation whilst maintaining full operation of the club, which required a staged construction & fit-out. The staged works were timed to meet key dates in the club’s calendar.
The installation, including a 500KW chiller, was expertly carried out by the Snowdonia team working closely with our valued client Paynters.
